Eligible Refund Cases

We may offer refunds or replacements if:

  • Flowers arrive damaged
  • Flowers are in poor condition
  • Incorrect order delivered
  • Order not delivered due to our error

You must contact us within 24 hours with photo proof.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds for:

  • Recipient unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Delivery delays outside our control
  • Personal preferences
  • Substitutions
  • Improper care after delivery

 Late Deliveries

Delivery time is not guaranteed.

Refunds only if not delivered on selected date.

Cancellations

  • 24+ hours before → full refund
  • Same-day → no cancellation
  • Holidays → 48 hours notice required

 Custom Orders

Custom and event orders are non-refundable once preparation begins.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Store credit
  • Partial refund

Customers must contact us before filing a dispute.
