Eligible Refund Cases
We may offer refunds or replacements if:
- Flowers arrive damaged
- Flowers are in poor condition
- Incorrect order delivered
- Order not delivered due to our error
You must contact us within 24 hours with photo proof.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds for:
- Recipient unavailable
- Incorrect address
- Delivery delays outside our control
- Personal preferences
- Substitutions
- Improper care after delivery
Late Deliveries
Delivery time is not guaranteed.
Refunds only if not delivered on selected date.
Cancellations
- 24+ hours before → full refund
- Same-day → no cancellation
- Holidays → 48 hours notice required
Custom Orders
Custom and event orders are non-refundable once preparation begins.
Refund Processing
