Where can I send flowers?

We provide same day flower delivery services in all Miami-Dade and Broward County. Please, note that the delivery price may change depending on a ZIP code or destination city.

How long does the delivery take?

Our products are available for same day delivery. For same day delivery or next day AM delivery your order must be placed before 2:00pm except on Saturdays and Sunday where orders need to be placed before 12:00pm. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
As a rule, it may take from 2 to 4 hours to deliver your order. At the same time, customers should take into account possible traffic jams. It may take us more to deliver your bouquet, especially during the rush hour. The time depends on the bouquet complexity and other issues. Please, note that some bouquets require more time for preparation and delivery. However, it is always better to place your order in advance.

Do you have a delivery fee?

The delivery fee may vary between $0, $14,95 and $24,95 depending on the customer’s location. We deliver our bouquets free if you are within the same borough as our flower shop. You will see the delivery fee when handling the check out on our website.

Can I choose the delivery time?

Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. However, we will do our best to deliver the flowers at the time you provide. You can choose a suitable timeframe which is convenient for you. We always try to meet our customers’ expectations. What if there is no one to receive flowers?

Our flower delivery services do not require a personal signature or any other type of confirmation. Our driver will knock at the door. If there is no one to respond and receive the delivery, the courier will leave the bouquet in a safe place whether it is the concierge, reception, etc. Our mission is to ensure that the recipient will receive your flowers.
