1. Order Issues & Refund Eligibility
We understand that issues may arise. Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following situations:
1.1 Damaged or Poor-Quality Flowers
• If your flowers arrive wilted, damaged, or in poor condition, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• A clear photo of the arrangement is required for review before issuing a refund or replacement.
1.2 Incorrect or Incomplete Order
• If you receive an incorrect arrangement or items are missing from your order, notify us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
1.3 Non-Delivery
• If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund or reschedule the delivery at no extra cost.
1.4 Late Delivery
• While we strive to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic, weather, and order volume.
• Refunds for late deliveries are only issued if the flowers were not delivered on the selected delivery date.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
• Recipient Not Available: If the recipient is unavailable, the flowers will be left in a safe location (e.g., concierge, reception, doorstep). No refunds will be provided.
• Incorrect Address Provided: If an incorrect or incomplete address is given, no refund will be issued. Redelivery may be available at an additional charge.
• Personal Preferences: If the flowers match the website description but do not meet personal taste, refunds will not be granted.
• Traffic or Unforeseen Delays: Delays caused by traffic, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for a refund.
• Custom or Special Orders: Custom arrangements or event-based floral services are non-refundable once the design process has started.
3. Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability, substitutions may be necessary.
• If a specific flower or vase is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining the style and color scheme of the arrangement.
• If a major substitution is required, we will attempt to contact you for approval.
4. Cancellation Policy
• Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Same-day orders and orders that have already been prepared or dispatched cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Holiday Orders: Orders placed for peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, International Women's Day , Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.) must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
5. Holiday Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to high demand during floral holidays, the following policies apply:
• Orders for major holidays cannot be canceled or modified within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will only be issued in cases of non-delivery or significant quality issues.
6. Allergy Disclaimer
Some flowers may cause allergic reactions. By purchasing from Flower House, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
